Luxury Studio Living in the Center of Business Bay

Not advisable due to dirts and cockroaches. Positive: I like the comfy bed and strong water in shower Negative: Cockroaches are everywhere from kitchen to bathroom. Building is dirty and smelly. Carpets are very dirty. Apartment is not clean. Barking dogs from next neighbour. Washing machine is broken and every 2-3 times tripping the program Another story to go in and go out of parking because no access card and staff couldn’t help me to get it or to do self entry. The staff are talking nicely but don’t take a serious action in any complaint. Instead to change the apartment due to the bad situation they offer to give me a day of transfer to another for applying pesticides. It’s most bad experience ever

Wouldn’t book this place unless desperate. Negative: Terrible communication, this isn’t a hotel it’s a sales pitch for investing in property, made to wait in the lobby because there was a dispute over the host giving me authorisation to stay there, instructions not clear/not given at all on how to get in, nothing luxury about the place it was old damaged tatty, there’s even fake books that are just empty boxes made to look like it, the “amazing” pool has a swim up bar minus any bar, it’s not heated so was unusable. Booked it in a rush and wished I hadn’t.
