Modern 1-Bedroom with City View | Central Location

Positive: Excellent location, quite rooms, pretty good bed. Negative: The staff in the reseption wasn’t very helpful and seems to be in pretty bad mood. It could have been some drinkingwater etc in the room. Better bathroom equipments and it should been cleaner. There was several signs that it has been costumers there straight before I went there.

Awful , just stay with another operator in the same building. Positive: Location , as i stayed in the past for longer stay in this exact building but with different much better operator Negative: This was an absolute disappointment. I initially booked this property by mistake, thinking it was managed by the same operator I had previously stayed with in the same building. I requested cancellation within less than an hour, but it was refused. I only agreed to proceed because Eman Ishfaq assured me the apartment and service would be similar, including flexibility with cleaning given my asthma. I made it very clear from the beginning that I have asthma, especially sensitive during seasonal changes, and that cleanliness and air quality are critical for me. To be fair, the apartment may appear generally clean to most guests. However, due to my condition, I could still feel dust in certain areas, which made it unsuitable for me to stay. When I raised this concern, I was repeatedly told that the apartment had been cleaned and was even offered videos as proof. I clarified multiple times that I was not saying it was visibly dirty, but that I could physically feel dust due to my asthma. Despite this, there was no real understanding of my situation. I requested immediate cleaning, but this was refused and postponed until the next morning, with no practical solution offered for the same night. I was essentially expected to stay in an environment that was not suitable for my health. Additionally, cleaning equipment (mop and vacuum) was stored inside the bedroom closet. These were clearly used items, with visible dust and smell of cleaning products, which is not appropriate to store in a sleeping area. Upon arrival in the evening (around 7–8 PM), basic items such as slippers and hand towels were not available, and I was told they are not part of their policy and would only be provided the next day. Communication overall lacked flexibility and understanding. Reasonable questions were not well received, and the approach felt very policy-driven rather than customer-oriented.

Great location! Great building! Poor management and staff! Positive: The location is amazing and the building is very well kept! Negative: The property management is very slow, not helpful and really frustrating when asking question about basic things. Don’t even give check in information until 1 hour before check in. I would recommend the location/building, but just find a better company. NOT with the same property company.
