Positive: The View
Negative: Disappointing stay overall. The AC was not working during our visit, and when we asked the staff for help, we were simply referred elsewhere with no real assistance. The Wi-Fi connection was also unreliable and essentially unusable. Expected better from this property โ hopefully these issues get addressed for future guests.

An ideal stay. Clean, comfortable, great location, and excellent service.
Positive: Everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is excellent, and the canal view was beautiful. Check-in and communication were smooth and fast.
Negative: Nothing. Everything met our expectations.
