Positive: The apartment is clean, very spacious, modern, well-equipped, and has a lovely balcony as well. The building itself, which has its own 24/7 store on the ground floor, is in the business bay area, with lots of famous sites (such as the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, and the Miracle Garden) quite near by car. The swimming pool of the building is also totally clean, large, and its water is heated, so it's ideal for families having small children (there's even a tiny playground next to it). Communication with guest relationship executive Eman was smooth from start to finish, they were always quick to react, and when we let them know that the coffee machine isn't working, they promptly ordered another one that arrived the next day. Having such a comfortable place and helpful host made our short stay in Dubai all the more pleasant, so we can only recommend them.
